Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I have fulfilled all the requirements for a Level 2 seller, but I am still a level 1 seller, when I contact SEOClerks support they told me that level promotion to level 2 is an automatic process. I don't know why I haven't been promoted as a Level 2 seller? Any suggestions? Thank you.

If you meet all of the requirements but your level does not increase, please create a support ticket.
