Incomplete order and now the seller is causing problems

Hi,

I had bought 5,000 auto-likes, that were meant to be distributed over my next 50 posts. Everything started out fine, so I confirmed the order as received. After about 20 posts, the likes stopped. I messaged the store owner, and they asked me to send them the pictures that did not receive the likes. I did this, and they replied saying they added the likes, though no likes appeared on my photos. I messaged back this morning and explained this, and so the store owner told me "Buy more likes if you want the service to continue", even though I have only received about 35% of my current order.

What can I do?

Report the order to support. They will investigate and cancel/refund the order if necessary plus an infraction or ban may be applied to the seller. Be sure to include your order ID in the support ticket.
