Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I think i am old user than other who got level 2 or 3 but i don't understand why i am not getting level 2 ? Is there any requirements or anything else ?

How is response time calculated?
Response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculation does not include your inbox, only the messages within orders.
What is a unique affiliate sale?
A unique affiliate sale is one (1) purchase from one (1) affiliate. The same affiliate could purchase several more services or items but it would still produce only one unique sale. You need 25 affiliates to purchase at least 1 service to have 25 unique affiliate sales.
