Why My Balance Went To 0 Suddenly?

Hi Guys!

I have recently noticed that my Balance that was on 2USD Yesterday now it's on $0.00 and I didn't buy anything and also don't/can't understand why that happenned to me today. Why it could happen that?

Can a Admin please refund my Shopping Balance?

I have not experience such before. So difficult to answer your question.

Go to support team and send a ticket , they will reply soon

However, please check any of following ,
1. Any new buyings
2. Any reversal of orders

Support staff have reviewed your question and determined the following:

You had $2 in your account until order #1260129 which was for $4. You paid $2 via PayPal and $2 via balance.

I'm now registering at the HelpDesk Ionicware Site and sending a Request/Support Ticket and hope to receive a solution from the Admins soon as possible.
