Is it achievable to have an SEO package for local results only ?

I serve a specific area in England with a niche service delivered to each site address. Therefore I am not interested in global coverage with SEO nor do I require to be registered with search engines other than the top five in use within the U.K.

Is this custom SEO package achievable at a hopefully reduced price as I will be using a fraction of the usual resources of a standard package?

Yes, it is very much achievable however, I don't think that it will have any significant impact on the service price.

As a SEO service provider here I do receive requests and tasks where user only wants his site ranking high in regional google such as google.ae, coogle.co.uk or google.au

In fact some extra effort is required do make it happen.
