    How am I going to get back my money from a missing seller?

    I have made a payment for an order but I did not receive any response from the seller. Upon checking his page, it seems that he did not login for a few days. Left him a message but received no reply. Left him a few more messages and still nothing happened. As today, he has not login into his page for more than 30 days! How am I going to get my money back? Can I just cancel the order to get the refund - cos for sure I will not able to get mutual understanding to cancel the order with this seller. Appreciate helpful advice.

    I'm happy to see that your issue have been resolved.

    But for future cases if seller doesn't reply or doesn't logged in from long time, then you can cancel your order from your end as a mutual cancelation and it will be accepted by the seller automatically after two days and you will get the refund in your seoclerks account.

    The seller went MIA for too long. Never open up his own SEO Clerks page to see if there is any order coming in or not. Looks like abandoning ship - for whatever reason.

    Submit a ticket explain everything in details and you will get a positive response from one fo the staff members.

    I am Totally Agree with This Reply.

    If Seller not responding long time and he/she not full fill your order requirement as per mentioned time, you can contact support team with your order number and he will get a refund for you 100%.

    Thanks for the advise. I have contacted the support and their action was really fast.
    They must have gone through my communication with the seller and gave me back my money!!!

    Yes. Will keep that in mind.
    Lesson learn is that even though an offered service is attractive, but if you see that the service provider has not logged in into his page even for a day, then forget it. Go to others who are more dedicated in his work.

    You can cancel order simply going to ordering page. After 2 days the order will be canceled and refund money will go to your seoclerk account. But you cannot get those money to your paypal account if you pay from paypal.

    Yes you are right Supunmg.
    They did not put my refund money back into my PayPal, instead, they retain the money inside my Seoclerks account.
    I can see the amount of refunded money displayed right besides my name icon.
