    Why the order has cancelled by administrator?

    1 day back I got an order, for sending the traffic from Alexa.com

    I given a proper tracking link with Google analytics, but the buyer has canceled the order mistakenly, So the I contact him and explained the situation that he can make as complete after all the traffic has completed.

    He accept that and i gave him his bonus for buying 5 orders once as mentioned in the order.

    However I got a notice that administrator has canceled the order.

    what i need to know is exact reason for cancelation. and have I brake any rule here..
    1. whether providing traffic is illegal here?
    2. whether giving live link is illegal here?
    3. whether giving bonus as mentioned in the order is illegal?

    Please tell me someone who is in the administrator panel.

    One reason can be that your buyer is a proxy buyer using proxy while buying, seoclerks fraud system may have identified him as proxy buyer and canceled the order.You can contact support to find an exact reason why they canceled it.

    Hey dragonhunter95!

    If you could navigate to Terms of Service and go through it, that would clear some things for you.

    The possible solution is that the order was marked as 'high risk' order, there were complications due to cancellation of the order or there were simply issues with copyright.  What I'm quite sure about is that the administrator has not canceled the order without a valid reason.

    If you would like to get in direct touch with administration team, you should go to Help Desk. or contact them at [email protected].

    It should be violate therms of the Service, You may go to the Help Desk to Contact a Administrator..

    Thank you all 3 for providing me acceptable answers, I think there may be may issue in the some stage of the process. However I did not even think about the issues with proxy user. it also possible. I will go though all of them .. Thank you again. :-)

    because the payment was detected high risk, when buyers buy and then cancel because paypal account or other canceled, so all orders will be canceled you should really see buyers Why the order has cancelled by administrator?
