SEOClerks response time is not working fine - what's going on?

Hello Everyone, I've got 2 orders yesterday and I was suppose to complete them till "January 31, 2015" but they just got few hours late and because of that my response time is showing "17-days from 1-day" , What's going on??? Seriously !

Someone needs to look into this, First one of other seller told me about that and I thought its just him but now its me as well, Please Fix This !! ASAP

i can see that you have been long in the business. but try contact seoclerks customer care. they should be able to help you out. also inform them about the level drop. they are in best position to assist you out and resolve the issue.

And Now Few Hours Later Its Showing 15-days, Is that make any sense??
Cause I can't understand what's going on with response time, It doesn't work fine.
Someone from support must fix this issue asap.
