need to get my money back.how to do it?

I cancel a order.because the seller is failed to deliver my order at proper time... I want to know what happen to my money? how long it will take to add money to my account.need help to get my money back.please tell me how to take back my money to my account

If the seller have money back grantee. Than you can back your money without any question.
If you or he/she cancle the order the money will go back to your account. It takes few days. Otherwise you can not back your money back.

If you get a refund from an order, the money will be returned to your seoclerks balance.
You should see it there instantly.
Also, talk to the seller to see what was the issue in the first place.
