The seller completed without doing work! I need a refund!

My order is not completed so i want my 100% money back what to do ?
please tell me solution few days ago i have ordered an order of $5 and average delivery time is 9 days but i got nothing no service that i have buyed addmefast points so what to do now i need all my money back i have not rated and completed the order yet

have you contacted the buyer?,.. contact him about the service and wait for about 2-3 days maximum for him to respond depending on the days of delivery.if he still doesnt respond,. you can now cancel the order.

If the seller is failed to deliver your order on the time you can ask to seller that what reason you cant complete this order if cant tell you any reason then you tell the buyer please cancelt this order if he not response your message then you can cancel the order your money will return to your account
