what mean's Highlight your Service?

Everybody please,
help me to get more knowledge. In my service there are many option, like *Edit your Service,*Feature your Service etc. I know about it's. but there was a option is *Highlight your Service. what mean's is this? if I Highlight my Service I need to give money like Feature?
I you have proper answers please tell me.

Yellow highlight as shown above of your service so it may attract more buyers.You can do it via paid bumps or highlight gig/service which can bought from Jordan!
