All of my buyer gave me good feedbacks , but my seller rating is only 66.7%?

Why is my seller rating so low?
How can increase my seller rating?
How does Seoclerks calculate the seller rating?
And by the way, When I am looking at my services, I see that I have 100 percents of positive feedback...
Is it okay?
Please, give me detailed answer!
and by the way, buyer never gave me negative feedback!

dear friend..
your seller rating is down because..
you cancel your some of order by force cancel.
if you want to cancel of any order then you have to do this by mutual cancelation option.

I think the following may help you:
1. Maintain good conversation as professional and respectful with your clients.
2. Deliver order before deadline; even days or an insane amount of time before deadline.
3. Offer small coupons on some orders so your buyers will be happy.
4. Ask your buyers to click the thumbs up before submitting review on order completion under order completed comments.
5. Always notify buyers about progress, or if you have to take any delay on order or days you think you may be busy.
6. Create guaranteed orders; since that increase trust in clients/buyers of your services.

Hey I think @edward options are good. However if you got the positives all the time it cant be happen. as mentioned above submit a ticket.

I think you better concentrate on your buyer rating too.
