IT SAYS I HAVE A $1 SEO BALANCE BUT WON'T LET ME PAY FROM IT?

It says i have a $1 SEOclerks balance but won't let me buy a $1 product i want using the $1 balance why is this? Please help, and give a reason why it is not doing it and what to do to resolve the problem so i can buy the product. thanks

well, I meant that users make these kinds of answers and posts because they have worked on local freelancer sites that's why i wrote there (it isn't local site)
seoclerks doesn't allow these kind of answers/posts, I think i'm unsure if it is allow. I'm thinking it because
I have a lot of experience in freelance also I'm working on seoclerks from 2 years ago.
if you look him carefully so you can understand that he is trying to increase his answers in seoclerks.
He should have write all unique words.
Also i'm surprised how did you get level X seller role?
while i didn't get yet

I think they are asking for .35$ processing payment in addition to your 1$ payment. Earlier it was not like that. I think this is a new policy. But not sure on that.

It use to have it when paying from outside soruces like paypal and btc, but this is already in my balance? does this mean i have to have $1.35 to buy a $1 item using my seoclerks balance?

No, you don't have to pay the additional 35¢ if you use your SEOClerks balance to purchase, dragonhunter95 wasn't accurate. You only need to pay the additional 35¢ business handling fee if you chose a payment processor (such as Credit/Debit card, Paypal, Payza, Bitcoin and SolidTrustPay) to pay.
