I have Level 3 but few days ago my level show in 1,why is that and how can i gain my Level in 3?

Hello,
I was joined in seoclerks Aug 9,2013.In june 2014 i was in Level 3.But in july 2014 my Level show in 1.I do not understand why it happen.Please help me.For this reason i can not transfer my balance properly.I do not done any illegal work with seoclerks so why it is?

I have visited your profile page to review it. then, I found why your level got down. It's because your response time is 4 days! Your response time must 72 Hour or less to be Level 3 user.
