How to cancel an order that is LATE?

I would like to know how can I cancel an order that is LATE and where the Seller does not communicate with me to all the questions I made? I know I can do a mutual cancelation, but this is not mutual because I want to cancel it immediately since the GIG is LATE and the seller has done nothing regarding to the GIG. And how can i give a negative feedback to an order that has been canceled?

For every order, seller can reject orders within 24 hrs, there is no option for seller which can immediately cancel the order after 24 hrs . Only one option remains i.e. mutual cancelation .

That is bizarre because if the seller does not reply to the nutual cancelation that is late or worst if he cancels the mutual cancelation the buyer will be in a dead end, without money and without the service he has bought.

If the order is late, you can only cancel it by using the cancel option. But that will require the seller to actually accept the cancelation request. If there is no update from the seller for some time (pending the cancel request), you can open a support ticket about it on the Support Desk here and ask staff to look into it for you. If it appears that the gig is really late and the seller is unresponsive, they can force cancel it for you so you can get your money back. After this has happened, the order will be completed and you will not be able to leave your rating for it (because it was canceled). You can of course, leave a comment in that sellers gig with your opinion which is fine provided you don't slander his service and leave your fair opinion on it. That's fine to do, provided of course you only comment on the gig that you tried.
