Is Twitter services not working anymore?

I have 8 orders right now (most of them late delivery), 4 different sellers, all Level 3 and 99% positive review. No one even responds to my questions...I'm desperate, cause I'm a reseller and my clients are waiting.

does anybody here know about a current twitter problem for delivering followers?
Please I need someone to tell me if it still works or not
