what is the Time of rejection available with seller ?

Hello members,

I want to know the time of rejection option available with seller. Today when one of my buyer start giving problem on order started by me instantly as promised in services saying that he has order same service with another seller and he is changing buyer's instruction requirement every hours . After 5-6 hrs I want to reject the order but the option of rejection is not there now so here I want to know the exact time available for rejecting any service to seller.
I am confuse with the timing of reject option because sometime i can see it is available for 24 hrs and some time it is disappear with in few hours.
what is the exact system of reject option available with seller?

On the order page if you scroll down to where it says : "Send A Message" "Deliver Completed Work" and "Reject" if you look on the right side of that box, there is tabs that say, "Cancel" and "Got Problems". Click on the cancel tab and do a mutual cancellation. If the buyer doesn't respond it will be automatically cancelled after some time.
