How long does it take for my refund to appear back onto my credit card after mutual cancellation?

I ordered a service from seller: NakitaParu. They mutually cancelled the order today I have yet to see the refund back on my credit card. Or will it just be added to my account balance. Trying to purchase from Seller: MrAutomatic. Again this was refunded back on today 05/04. I'm understanding it's the weekend. Will I see the refund come the next business day?

Hi there,
When a mutual cancellation has been made the money will be added to your balance on SEOClerks. You can't withdraw the refunded money so you'll have to choose another service and pay for that one using your balance.

Ok one last question. I did just that. After seeing I had a balance of $2 in my account I ordered a service for the exact amount. Well actually $4. An the $4 came off my card instead of just $2 an my balance is still showing. Why did this happen?

You can use those $2 for purchasing any service worth $2 with the option "Pay using account balance." Or maybe it's possible that deducting that much small amount money ($2) is not possible with your card.

It will go to your SEOClerks balance. It wont go to your paypal,payzaa or credit or debit card. The money will appear next to your name on the top right but you cant withdraw that. The only money you can withdraw is the one that you make from selling gigs or SEO work here on seoclerks. One thing you could do is make a second account and with this first account you can buy stuff from the second account with that money and on the second account you can withdraw it to your paypal but you will not get 20% of it because there is a Seoclerks fee.
