Why my account become level one from three?

I have noticed that now my account is gone to level one from three.

Why my account become level one from three? Is is related to loin period?

I was not login regularly as was busy with some other work.

Or is it related to my less activities in FAQ sections?

It' because of your response time. It's 10 days way too long. In order to be a level 3, besides all other requirements you need to have 48 Hour or less response time.

Here are some tips:

1. Login daily
1. As soon as you get any order reply there (always end the conversation on the order page yourself)

There is no connection of the FAQ section with you.

Its SEOClerks new policy that lot of sellers are not aware of yet , It happend with lot of other sellers too because they don't come online everyday and don't respond to orders mostly, Make sure you keep coming online everyday and don't forget to give response to orders, In few days your response time will be 48-72 hrs !! Don't worry
