Category feature: featuring your service on specific category according to your service like twitter followers service will be in twitter category and in top of the list.

Permanent feature: adding your service on homepage for 1 month for more exposure and sales.

Permanent feature is good becuase it give more sales.

I have tested both and if you have category feature it will give you 30% benefits (depending on your service)
