I am ignorant of the so called web 20 sites and this is the first time that I have come across that term. With the list above, it looks like those sites are high ranking in Google’s Page Rank and some are familiar to me like Tripod, Tumblr, Weebly and of course Blogger. I am assuming that if you are able to submit your link to those sites then they are considered quality backlinks. Am I right on this assumption?
