Order Has been canceled what time it takes for Reversal ??

Hello friends i had Rejected a Order for $30 and still my Payment
had not been Reversed
so can anion tells me what time it take for Reversal
Because after 7 Days still payment has not added to my Fund
so I need a help what should i do .

Hi sweetshahbaz,

Rejecting an order only rejects an order, it doesn't cancel it. When an order is canceled the funds will be added to your balance instantly.

You can start the cancelation process via the "Cancel" tab that will be located on top of the message box within the order now that it has been rejected.

Submitting a ticket means you have to simply send the message to the site admin on http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
Just go to this url, select the category you want, compose our message alongwith all information and send/submit. THAT IS IT.
