    How long before I can cancel a late order?

    I have an order that's almost 1 week late by now, with no contact at all from the seller.
    Still, my only option seems to be to get a "mutual" agreement to cancel the order.

    How long until I can just outright cancel it, and get my money back?

    You can contact through seoclerks support.
    Ask support to cancel your order, attach you order id, also screenshot if necessary.
    They will solve your problem asap.

    Hi philipzeplin,

    All cancellations on-site work the same regardless of late delivery. You can start the process anytime time the 'Cancel' tab located on top of the message box within the order page. This cancellation will go through after 48 hours or instantly if accepted by the Seller.

    If the order is getting more than just a bit late you can always contact the helpdesk for a faster solution.

    thank you for the question and sorry for the late orders.you can send muatual cancel agriment to the seller and you have to wait atleast 72 hours(3 days) to cancel this order

    Hi dear,
    If  you want to cancel your order. You can to reach a mutual cancel request to your order if seller are accept your cancel request you can get back your money instantly. or you can submit a ticket in support center for cancel your order.

    when its Late
    so all most you Can Cancel the Order Right now
    the SEOCLERKS will not charge for the Order from you
    if its not Complete.
