I have a infraction that has expired can i still level up ?

Hi guys i have an infraction on my account from ages ago of which it weren't even my fault.

I was wondering if i can still exceed to level 2,3 and maybe to level X

if anybody can answer my question please do as im not too sure if i can or not dont see why i cant

Hello,

This depends on the severity of the infraction. If the infraction was severe your account may be unpromotable meaning you can no longer level up and you'll stay at Level 1. As for Level X, this also depends on the severity of the infraction as well. To get further information and help, please contact the support help desk as it appears your account is unpromotable, but please go over the User level guide and see if you meet all the requirements before submitting a ticket.
