what do i do after someone orders my service but doesnt start?

Someone ordered my service but doesn't realize that they have to start the order first by submitting the requirments, it has been nearly 1 month and this someone did not start the order and i cannot do anything?

Please help me out!

Hello,

In this instance, you could try to message them and alert them that they haven't started the order yet, they'll get an email that you have messaged them. Alternatively, you can contact support to cancel this order, or you could wait it out. I would wait it out until either they contact support or message you back.
