Why is payza not working?

I am a new member of seo clerks .I want to know abouy it. I can’t advance in payzza. It is so tough for me. Please help me soon. I will be so proud on him who will help me. If anyone is open minded person in the member of seo clerk

I can,t withdraw money to payza,
Payza is currently unavailable.

Payzaa is totally different as compare to Paypal. In paypal we can easily withdraw and transfer our money from one source to another where as payzaa is very complected and most of time they are having page load error.

Why not use Payoneer.
I also had troubles with Payza and found that Payoneer is a good solution
They send a VISA card upon registration that you can use in any ATM

I know that Payza is changing their partnering bank (bank which they use to transfer money)
Maybe this is the reason...Only SeoClerks and Payza know the answer.
To know this answer you must ask seoclerks admin.
But if payza don't work you can use moneygram...but probably they have higher fees.
