Can we use bitcoin to do our transactions online?

I am linkservices , and recently i came to know that rather than paypal we can also use bitcoin to do our transactions online , so what i just want to know is how to create a bitcoin account and is it is same as paypal or is there any difference and more over is it safe?

Bitcoin is extremely safe.

To create an account search for "Bitcoin Wallet" and find a provider that looks good.

Thats about it. You can buy bitcoins (or bits of bitcoins) and add to your wallet.

You can use bitcoin, however, you must be aware that once a fund is sent and there is some problem you cannot recover your funds. Unlike paypal there is no dispute feature in bitcoin transaction. You can transfer bitcoin to any bitcoin address and pay for products and services. sadly, there are few places where bitcoins are accepted, therefore, you may not be able to use bitcoin much. You can also get a bitcoin debit card and pay through your bitcoin card. Bitcoin card is just like any other debit/credit card, the only difference while other cards are funded by money, bitcoin cards are funded by bitcoin.
