How does can I promotion in level 1 to level 2 ?

Hello everybody , I am a new user in SEO Clerk. I work here this site in 1 month. But I don't know how does can i promotion in level 2.Please answer me every user in SEO Clerk. Because its very important on me . I want to promotion in level 2 as soon as possible.

RequirementsCompleted 10 Orders on time
Have a 90% rating or higher
Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
Login Often (once per 14 days)
Account is at least 7 days old
Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old
First Completed Sale is at least 30 days old
