    why i can not sale below 5$?

    hi guys, i wanted to change and edit my service from 5 to 3$ and it says that i can not do this? why i cannot, i haven't posted any spams either, can anyone tell me what is the prodecure to sale my service less than 5 $ ? waiting for accurate answer
