Actually there are no easy way to provide youtube views. If you want only 100-200 views you can try views exchange site likes vagex,u2bviews,enhanceviews etc. But if you are lokking for more you have to buy them from any safe providers.

Pardon me for saying I am confused with the post of the creator of this discussion. Anyway, based on the comments, it seems that traffic to a Youtube video is the issue. My suggestion is to promote your video in social media. Concoct an attractive and interesting spiel that will go along with the link of your video in Youtube. When the reader of your promotional post finds it interesting, they will click on the link and thereby results in traffic to your video.
