    You can not. You have to wait until its deadline comes. You can not do anything, contacting Staff will not help so you shouldn't waste your time trying to remove infraction by contacting the Staff.

    Sorry, you get an infraction only if you break the Terms and condition and not follow rules so you cannot remove it.
