Did reject a order harm account??

Hi,
now fraud buyer are disturbing so much.when i see a new account with no rating i cancel their order but they reject my cancelation.its so irritating and.so my question is if i directly cancel any order is that create any problem to my accont.plese help to know about it.Thank you

Hi XtreamSMM,

You can instantly cancel an order within the first 24 hours within any negative effect to your rating. Past this force cancelations will give you the equivalent of 1 negative feedback.

If you or the buyer or seller request a mutual recetion it won't harm your profile. But if the buyer requests a rejection and if you decline it, you take a risk to get a negative vote.

Hi! If anyone order you and you want to cancel this order then choose "mutual cancelation" if you are cancel your order by "force cancel" then you will get a negative review. Otherwise there have no problem to your account. Thank You.

if you do a mutual cancel request then it will not affect your ranking , but if you force to cancel then it will certainly affect your service , I suggest you not to do it so often.
