    why i lost my money after going this awaiting clearing?

    I have just got an order and also i have completed my order as buyers need that i dealed with him.After delivered his order he also gave me a positive review.and my balance gone to awaiting clearing...i am a level 2 seller.so, it`s need to get in balance 4 days...but in the evening i just see my $ has been lost from awaiting..not in any where.plz admin if possible can i get a good solution?

    Hi ziku,

    It is likely the sales were fraudulent, this is a very rare occurence within SEOClerks.

    You must keep in mind that SEOClerks is essentially a middle man so if one side if fraudulent it must be cancelled and being that it is fraudulent the funds must go back to where they come from.

    Check if the guy you delivered the order to is deleted. Staff deleted some users yesterday that used to scam sellers here.
    Also if you are giving a guarantee with your order then the buyer could have invoked the payment and got his money back.

    Yes this kind of problem are facing some of our fellows too. SEO is taking action against those corrupted people who are using different bad techniques to scam you. i think in day or two, your problem will be solved, and there is nothing to worry about. i think..but i don't know exactly

    yes this is big issue now on seoclerks bt i need to ask when payment is confirm where the money has gone. or mabye there is something worng with buyers.

    Hi dear,

    Recently It is a big issue for all of seller. Not Only you lost $ from awaiting clearance, But also so many seller are losing.

    It is caused for unusually large amount of fraudulent buyers, Who are doing cheat with the seller and trying to extort money from the system.

    when they are Identified by administrator of seoclerk , the Administrator is cancel the order and delete the account of fraudulent buyers. so, you and we are losing the $ from awaiting clearance.
