    Upgrading/Downgrading level 3 and level 2

    Upgrading and downgrading are going on. Yesterday , i was at level 3 and today level 2. Whats going on?

    I agreed with rashin9. Buyers are not come here ,only sellers are here. I also come here to increase level. We know "what is google" but we have to ask again "what is google" ,its spam only.
