How can i withdraw or use my balance for shopping another gig?

Please Can Anyone help? Actually I bought one gig and due to some problem I canceled that gig? The seller replaced the amount but how can I use that amount. I cannot withdraw that amount.. Please i want the amount back... Can I use that amount to buy another gigs if yes how?

Hi joshi,

You can pay for Services using your account balance at any time by simplying selecting the pay with account balance option when at the payment payment page. Any funds from cancelled orders cannot be withdrawn out of SEOClerks but if a specific order was cancelled by you with the seller not attempting any delivery then you can request a manual refund through the helpdesk: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Hi Joshi, unfortunately you can not withdraw money that you spent ... BUT you can use them to buy another services. All what you have to do is just order service you like, you will se 2 options : pay using pp or pay using your account balance , so just choose pay using account balance and thats all!

You can't withdraw your balace throug any payment option... You have to purchase some gig from here to spend your balance.. I faced the same problem here.. Purchased a gig but he didn't submit my service and canceled through admin. Now the balance on stuck

As the users said before, you can't withdraw the money you spent on some gigs but you can use it again to buy another gigs. Always make sure you are dealing with a reputable seller here to stay away from troubles.

Yes..if you cancel this given order that you send any of seller.After cancelleing your balance will get back on your account.and you can buy any thing you want with this balance from seoclerks.But can`t withdrawn it.
So, make business and keep happy.
