    is there any option that i can remove my negetive ratings?

    Greetings Everyone,
    HI, is there any option that i can delete my negative review from my gigs?
    Some one give me negative review about my services despite i complete my order and then also he give me negative review. THis is not right. there will be an option to remove those negative remarks

    Hi weexplore,

    There is no option for you to remove the feedback yourself as this would not make sense but you can always contact the buyer and trying to work things out with them. Buyers can edit their feedback directly from your Service page anytime they so choose.

    If you feel the feedback is 100% without a doubt false and you can also prove that is it 100% false then you can always contact the helpdesk and have staff take a look. Only send helpdesks for feedback if they're clearly false, not because you just do not want negative feedback on your Service.

    Deleting the Service with a negative rating will not effect your rating as this would defeat the purpose of ratings.

    If the negative review is unreasonable, you may contact the Support team via a support ticket and let them know about the issue. If you have a valid reason they might remove that feedback. However if the negative feedback is placed because of your fault, then you can't do anything. Only possible thing would be to ask the buyer to change it.

    If you got the negativ rating by a misstake, just contact the support, they can help you. But if you got it, because the buyer could not like your service, no chance to delete it. That would also be bad, if we could remove bad ratings. The system use this system, to show how good a service is ;)

    As i know you are not able to remove the nagative rating that you have received.
    But there is a way to remove this.
    you can contact the buyer who have drop a negative rating on you service and ask him to remove the same.
    If that person agree to remove the negative then you can do this.

    If you have some negative feeback support can help you. But buyer have to agree too. After support can remove youre negative feedback / review.  I hope that it help to you.

    Contact the support and the buyer and work things out , Thats your only chance to get your ratings back. You could also provide a quality service that wont get you negative reviews just saying is there any option that i can remove my negetive ratings?
