    Only Link Building can increase a page rank?

    I want to know,like previous,link building can increase page rank now a days?

    Before Google panda update,I can easily increase my pr by link building.

    But,Now a days I can not do this.I want to know,link building is not working now a days?

    What I have to do without link building to increase page rank?

    That is not the factor, Actually Link building can increase page rank its right. But the last page rank was happened in February 2013. Thereafter any page rank was not updated so that it was happen. I think you will get page ranked when Google update their Page rank Updates.

    My take on the problem is the time when the Google Page rank is updated. From what I understand, Google doe not update the Page rank instantly and it takes a time before the Page rank changes. So maybe you just have to continue doing the link building and when the update comes, the Page rank will change and hoping that it will be to your advantage unless you have some violation of Google regulations.

    Your pagerank only updates when Google updates their system, so about 2-3 times a year.  Keep in mind that pretty soon Google will release Hummingbird, which apparently will be the be the biggest update to their formula ever.

    this is not correct. page rank can be increased by many method
    Like blog commenting
    article submitting guest post. page rank needed proper seo. if you do black hat seo for your website that is really hard to get a page rank
