    sometimes buyers dont give feedback why?

    Hiii friends I m a level 2 user n I had completed more than 25 orders but still I had 15 likes as feedback.. I completed the order on time.. but some buyers are not come online to accept their order n some do not give feedback.. I want to know the reason why they do so with us or sellers.. thnk u..

    Hi loveish,

    This is very common and there a lot of perfectly logical reasons why this may be. A few would be they simply do not care as they don't gain anything from it, they may not realize it's even a thing, they may not feel good or bad about the Service, they may have not got around to checking the order, etc, etc.

    Im also facing this problem. Actually some buyers don't care about it and some buyers don't come to online unless they have any other work and some buyers don't even know that they can "rate" the order. It happens with all the sellers. Thanks.

    Some buyers might not leave feedback because they do not want people to know they used a specific service, or the buyers might not leave a feedback because they only logged in to buy one specific service and leave.

    Yes, I agree with you. If you look at Amazon, Ebay or 11street, you will notice that out of 10 customers, only 30% of them would leave feedback on the website. Either they are highly satisfied or not satisfied. The "alright, not bad "customers do not comment at all.
