How does one become a level 2 on here?

Just wondering what needs to be done this site seems really neat and want to try giving it a shot but need to make my prices lower and to do that I need to be rank 2 and not quite sure what to do so all heal would be nice and grateful Thanks for your time!

If you want move to the next level (level 2), you must completes this minimum requirement.

Completed 10 Orders on time
Have a 90% rating or higher
Answered or asked 20 SEO Questions in the FAQ
Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
Login Often (once per 14 days)
Account is at least 7 days old
Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old - you should have withdraw your earnings when your account balance reach for minimum payout.
First Completed Sale is at least 30 days old.

If you have reach the minimum requirement, you will automatically promoted to the next level.

You have achieve some requirments to be level 2. Requirements are given below:

Answered or asked 20 SEO Questions in the FAQ
Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
Login Often (once per 14 days)
Account is at least 7 days old
Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old - you should have withdraw your earnings when your account balance reach for minimum payout.
First Completed Sale is at least 30 days old.

You need high Rating...need minumum 90% postive rating and complete 10 orders ....and need your account 1 month old and you need to complete 1 withdrow and answer Answered or asked 20 SEO Questions in the FAQ...thx
