Will I get banned from Google Search for using Blackhat SEO?

Hello
How do I get backlinks,without risk to get banned on Google ? I heard about the technic and i want to know how to make it in a good way for my SERPs and SEO ...
I hope that one of you can help me to get this stuff controlled

You don't have to use Blackhat for success but there are many kinds of 'gray' hat techniques. Use sites like hitleap to draw traffic, remember you don't need tons of traffic but daily traffic. These actions will not get you banned.

Hello SeoFreak ;)
Thank you so much for your answer. I will take a look at the tools you named (Senuke. Xrumer) i hope that this can help me to get a better position for the site. The daily traffic is no problem ;) we control that, but the Google position for our keywords have to be better. Let´s see what your tips can do for me
