    You need to find some forums and facebook pages which have members in the same catogory/interest. Then join them and participate in discussions. When you get to know about those people, try to communicate them with your service and post your link in the pages which looks okay. (by the way don't spam, you end up with a permanent ban).

    You can get more views by promoting your service to other websites or forums. You can use the bump feature, it is very effective way. If you can pay, you can get your service featured and can also buy promotional links in seoclerks email.
