how do u dispute a order without going via the e-wallet?

hi
i have made a order and got notthing but the order is marked as competed,
who do i contact about getting a refund?
i would rather not have to dispute it via the e-wallet but i will if i get no responce on this.

You would want to contact the SEO Clerks help desk. The link can be found in the footer of SEO Clerks home page and forums. Here is a direct link as well if you would prefer that. Just send them a ticket reporting the issue and let the higher ups fix up your issue.

if the order is not complete than go to help and there resister account than after submit ticket in right field...than u will get result after 24 hours....i hop it will help u..thx
