    How do you get a buyer to leave feedback?

    Hi all, so how do I get a buyer to leave positive feedback?
    I know that some sellers feel okay with politely asking a buyer to leave feedback, while others just let it be and hope they get it.
    I personally ask in the message for delivering if they leave a thump up rating and review if it sounds good for them.

    You can ask the buyer to give you a positive feedback or you can give some extra bonus if he gives you a good feedback. Sins we have the new design, can you also give the buyer a feedback, so that´s makes it a little easier to get feedback ...

    Hi thank you so much for your answer! As a buyer, in the very start, I didn't know about HOW important to leave a feedback for sellers. Now I am a new seller and some buyers never ever return after the initial purchase, crazy to think, but it happens. I think they may just forget and to ask the buyer to give a positive feedback or give them some bonuses is great idea!

    Hello friend,

    If you give good service to your any buyer the they will lave good feedback. you can also give extra service and they will happy to give good feedback. So for a better feedback you must give good service to any buyer.

    I too have that problem with this. Normally some of my buyers are totally okay with me designs. But still they don't want to leave a feedback. Probably they may not want others to know that that they have used a designer to develop their website/blog's logos from another one at a low cost (in my case)

    Hi zarawalker, thank you for reply!  This is true... I think that  ?some people do not know or  maybe do not care and not realise it is important if you do not spell it out. 
    I mean, is that sooo hard ?to at least click the thumb up and say thanks. Takes 6 seconds.

    You can't get them to leave review, I think you can send message and ask buyer for review. Some people just don't like leaving reviews, It happened to me more than once that buyer was really satisfied and he send me message but he didn't leave an review.

    Thank you, Daniel for your reply ! Yes,same to me, I can't understand why a buyer would not leave a feedback.. at all... at least say something! 
    Also it's hard to know whether they liked it or not, and that's the most important part of the feedback, at least for me.

    You could offer them some kind of bonus, if they rate your service with their experience of it. The better, the bigger bonus or something. That will work out great.

    Hello, sometimes i make them an offer - i will provide some more for free, but they need to post a positive feedback! It is the best way to get feedbacks!

    Tell the buyer to leave a positive feedback for which you will provide him bonus..
    Or simply request him to leave the positive comment if he is satisfied from your service..

    Hello mate you can give bonus so buyer happy and also give him reply fast and ask buyer to leave positive feedback thats way u can get positive feed back..there is no orther trick..thank you

    I would offer him also some free bonus if he leave a feedback. you can write it donw in your Message when you mark a job as done How do you get a buyer to leave feedback?  This is a nice way for both sides and dont forget good feedback brings you more orders How do you get a buyer to leave feedback?
