    Well in that case try to convince your client why order is delayed in first place and update him that his/her order is completed and ready to deliver, apologize if problem id from your end and ask client to accept the final work and approve the order or update if some thing is not right in order completion.

    Hi, this great questions. And I have same experience with you. First, you should ask your buyer why the canceled their order. Accidently click cancel button or they miss understanding about your gig. Because there is many reason buyer cancel order when we have deliver their order. If you already got their answer, tell them you have deliver their order as their request. So you can reject their cancelation request.

    First talk to the buyer why they canceled the order. Try to solve the problem by yourself.  If there is no valid reason then appeal for it to seoclerks staff. They will give the right decision and help you regarding this.

    You should send him reason why the delivery was late, and then you should offer the buyer some kind of bonus or benefit, so he won't give you negative rating or won't insist on cancellation.

    Hello here you can try to contact with buyer and give him some proof of your work or you need to cancel that order and never do something for him! Good luck!
