Being a high level just shows that you have done this sort of thing and have experience. So in a way your level can somewhat affect it but one major thing is what you are providing. Providing 1 follower on twitter for $5 won't do you any good. But providing 1000 followers or 5000 followers for $5 will get you farther. And the service that does the best are ones that are promoted often, the ones that are shown around often and really have been worked on. The gigs that are unique and such are the ones that do great.
