    How to cancel order that is not started?

    I ordered the service but I have been mistaken, I already ordered this service from this seoclerk. I didn't give the task for seoclerk. How can I cancel the service and return my money to inner balance?

    Why I can't send a question with less then 50 words?!!

    You can request for a mutual cancelation and if seller accepted it you will get back your money to your SEOclerks balance. If seller is a greedy person and he didn't accept the mutual cancelation and didn't deliver the service (because in your case he don't have the required details to complete the order)  then I think you have to contact SEOclerks staff about the issue.

    hello .
    how are you.
    now seo clerks has updated their website with new stipulations.
    now if the delivery date is over. 
    then you have opertunity to cancel order 
    and your money will be back to your accout

    You can only cancel the order after the delivery date over. You also can contact with the seller and tell him that you mistakenly ordered his service. I don't know support would help you or not but you can try by contacting with the SEOclerk support Centre. Thanks.

    At first you can contact with the seller and tell him that you ordered the service wrongly. You can also request for a mutual cancelation and if seller accepts it, you will get back your money to your SEOclerks balance. If seller do not accept the mutual cancelation, you can contact SEOclerks staff about the issue.

    If you have order that have not started you just need to make mutual cancelation request which the seller need to accetp since he has not start working on the order and if he the seller fail to make any action the order will automatically cancel within 2 days

    Hello, you can send cancel request if he accept then order will cancel and you will get back your money. There have new option to cancel order. if delivery date is over you can cancel it Hope you get it..

    You can reject the order delivered to you if it is now what you ordered for, or you can ask for mutual cancelation in this way both the parties agree to cancel the order.

    You can ask for a mutual cancellation, normally when you ask that sellers accept that.

    If you think seller is not wanting to do mutual cancellation, send a support ticket.

    Hello, 
    I believe you would have to actually start the task, followed by using the mutual cancelling of the service.
    I don't really know either.
    But after being here for awhile, I would think that's the right way
