    Unable to Withdraw My Balance,why ?

    I have balance in my account but I'm unable to withdraw it..I have more than 10$ in my account and I want to withdraw it to my verified PayPal account but when I put the balance in the place it says "Put the balance between 4$ and 10$ whereas I'm already doing the same..I'm trying to withdraw 10$ from my account..what is this ? I have no restriction or any type of ban on my account..Help me fix this issue.

    Only funds that have been earned through the sale of your Services of affiliate revenue can be withdrawn from SEOClerks. Funds required any other way are not available for withdraw and can be only used for on site purchases.
