    Hi,

    From my experience Payoneer offers a great Service and is most definitely safe to withdraw too. Just make sure you are aware of any fees that many apply if you're sending yourself a specific amount for something.

    Payoneer is a safe way to withdraw your seoclerks balance, their charges to transfer is 2 USD and whenever you'll make any transaction in any atm they will deduct 2 USD for that transaction and if you are using your card first time they will charge about 35 USD/per year only. 

    It Takes about 24-48 hrs to have your balance to payoneer account. Your card is accessible worldwide to those atms where there is Master Card is enabled.

    Yes, it is very much trustworthy. You can transfer your money and withdraw it via payoneer tough it take a little cost. But your money is always safe and you can withdraw it from any mastercard enabled ATM in worldwide. Thanks.

    you can withdraw from payoneer whenever you want. you have to pay 2$ each time. so i think don't withdraw little amount from payoneer, always withdraw huge amount so that you can save money
