How some sites get no.1 ranking within 1 weeks of launching?

Hi,
I have seen many examples that some sites got first page ranking with in 7-10 days after launching. Generally there were from blogger. Does google prefer Blogger sites in ranking. Because the sites have no backlinks but still they rank top while other old sites are struggling to rank on first page. What is the exact matter?

Low competitive keywords would a a reason for it. Some of the website owners often use black hat search engine optimization method to rank their websites temporally. May be there are also some reasons that I also want to know. Thanks for your question.

Using the blackhat techniques are the main reason for this but this is not for permanently getting the high rank in Google is not a joke dear hard work is essential for this posses

You have a lot of services here that can boost your google ranking.. It's pretty much all about the keywords and how competetive they are.. I don't think its impossible but just hard work eventually you'll get there

I think it is totally Black hat process to get rank In SERP on Google. This is not a best way to get ranked. From this way Website get penalized in some of days.
