How long do I have to wait for cleared payments to show up?

Hello friends, I have made a couple of sales on SEO clerks and some of them have finally been reviewed and marked as completed. However, the "withdraw" tap on my sales side is still not active. How long does it take for this tab to become active and is there a minimum amount that can be withdrawn?
(I chose paypal as my preffered method of withdrawal). Thank you.

For your level (level 1), minimum amount you can withdraw to your paypal account is $10.
Also, even your sales earning has been cleared, you should wait until your cleared balance transferred to available balance.
So, you can use your money to withdraw or buy some service.

Level 1 user can withdraw mimimum $10. When Your account balance minimum $10 You can withdraw Paypal, Payza, etc. So, you can use your money to withdraw or buy some service.

cleared money is goes to available balance after 24 hours and if you are in level one than you can with draw minimum $10. If you in level 2 than you with draw minimum $5 And if you in level 3 than minimum with draw limit is $1.
